Refund Policy
Aussie Offroad offers change-of-mind returns on eligible products requested within 14 days of delivery.
Change-of-mind returns
To qualify, the product must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- Returned with its original packaging and included accessories
- Accompanied by an order confirmation or other proof of purchase
Contact us through our Contact page before returning anything. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return-postage costs for change-of-mind returns. Original delivery charges aren’t refundable for change-of-mind returns.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect products
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, unsafe, significantly different from its description or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number, a description of the problem and clear photographs where appropriate.
Depending on the circumstances and Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or another remedy. If a product is confirmed to have a fault, we’ll reimburse reasonable return-postage costs where required.
Our 14-day change-of-mind period does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an eligible change-of-mind product is to complete an approved return and place a new order. Faulty-product replacements will be handled according to the circumstances and your consumer rights.
Cancellations
Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered processing or been dispatched.
Refund processing
We’ll notify you after the returned product has been received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies rights and remedies that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. ACCC refund guidance.
