Shipping Policy

Aussie Offroad offers shipping rates calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the products in your order.

Estimated delivery time
Most orders are expected to arrive within 5–10 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by public holidays, weather, courier delays or regional delivery conditions.

Order tracking
When tracking is available, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation containing your tracking details. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after dispatch.

Multiple packages
Products in the same order may occasionally be shipped separately. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number or delivery.

Delivery addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs correcting. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing.

Delayed or missing orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check the tracking information first and then contact us through our Contact page. We’ll help investigate the delivery with the shipping provider.

Damaged parcels
If an order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and product and contact us as soon as possible. Keep the packaging while we review the issue.

Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights available under the Australian Consumer Law. Products with a fault may qualify for a repair, replacement, refund or another remedy depending on the circumstances.

Third-party fulfilment
Some Aussie Offroad products are stored and shipped directly by third-party fulfilment partners. Products from the same order may arrive separately and may have different tracking numbers.
